Conference Information

  • FOR A BETTER MEETING FOR ALL, here are a few REMINDERS and SPECIAL NOTICES:

  • DRESS CODE:  We recommend “resort casual” attire for all meeting sessions and evening activities except for Friday evening dinner which require a jacket and tie for men.

  • SPOUSES/GUESTS MUST take meals in the Horizon Ballroom with participants and MUST HAVE I.D. BADGES displayed.  They should arrive between 7:00 am and 8:30 a.m. for the breakfast and between 12:00 pm – 2:00 p.m. for lunch.  The evening meal is at 7:00 p.m.

  • SUNRISE FITNESS WALK – Join in each morning at 6:15 a.m. in the Hilton Lobby for an invigorating pre-breakfast walk or jog if you prefer.  Bring comfortable shoes.

  • THE PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION - All attendees and their spouses/guests are invited to attend the President's Reception.

  • GOLF ARRANGEMENTS may be made through the Hotel Concierge.

  • BEFORE LEAVING, you must check out at the hotel front desk to pay for your room accommodations and any incidentals you may have charged to your room during your stay.
